STOP BLUSHING - TO CARE OR NOT CARE
So by not caring, you have got that emotion under control and realized that a blush can't embarrass you anymore. Have you ever seen a criminal blush? It may not be the answer to become a criminal but 99% of all blushers care a lot about what people think of them, and even more about if they will blush in certain situations.
I think it is the opposite with the bandits they are thinking about what they can gain in every situation, and don’t spend energy to think on how silly they would look if they blushed during the bank robbery. =) So becoming tougher and stop focusing on the potential risk of blushing, that will help you to make this problem to “something that only bothered you in the past”. On the other hand don’t be an awful person.
Do what you think is the right and stand for it. In your mind there should not be any question marks about your behavior. Try to be kind to other persons, this helps you from focusing too much on yourself and you will be liked by the people around. When you stop focusing so much on your own life and start looking at ways to help others you often find that all of those fears just go away! Focus your mind on things that excite you in life and "big you up" what are the good things in your life at the moment? Children/family/friends/goals/achievements and mostly who you believe you are and what you could become- your potential! Put aside your fears by challenging them- go to the shops once a day for the paper/milk etc and maybe twice/three times a day. You have to force yourself to face your fears - or they will consume you.
Ego is the biggest weapon in any social setting so look at ways to see yourself in a better light and not just who you are as a person but what you can give to others to make their lives better. If you mess up things/situations try to apologize and clean up. Use humor if the other person likes it. Explain how you thought and what happened this will clear your conscience and you can go on after the incident without feeling like a jerk every time you meet this person or thinks about a similar situation.
