When you feel that a blush attack is on its way, distract your thoughts with other positive thoughts.
- Think about what you should do when you get home.
- What you are going to eat tonight.
- The new car that you are buying.
- A funny episode of Seinfeld/Simpson’s or your favorite show.
- Think about how a cool breath feels in your face.
- Try to imagine a cool wind.
- Think about a funny text message you did receive, or think about some comic character (read Jim Carrey) how that person would do in your situation.
- Laugh inside and focus on some crazy/funny things that could happen in your situation, and don’t make such a big deal of it.
